Richard Bruce had recieved a lot of attention in 2013 when he uploaded a video titled Obama Clear Hand State of the Union. The video shows the president’s hand becoming, transparent while he’s delivering the State of the Union.

If you think this is too far out on the limb, take a look at the New York Times article titled United States of Paranoia: They See Gangs of Stalkers. A reporter actually wrote about the phenomena of gangstalking. However, he reported about it in a way that played down the possibility of actual organized efforts to stalk individuals and then seemed to lump them all into a category of mental illness. There was also a lack of critical information on the use of psychotronic weapons such as voice to skull technology.

As many listeners know, this type of reporting speaks volumes because there isn’t any acknowledgement of the space between paranoia-mental illness and documented evidence of organized harassment or gangstalking. Its a space where you’ll find trolls, government agents, paid stalkers, real mental illness and the individuals who are actually being harassed.

We check back in with Richard Bruce. His lifestyle appears simple enough. He lives in a camper and parks along the streets of suburban Los Angeles. Richard claims to be targeted by constant flyovers from helicopters for uploading certain videos to his youtube channel. To be very clear, those videos purport to reveal humans shapeshifting into creatures with claws, cat eye pupils and many other types of anomalies. We’ve gone in depth on this topic in past shows.
