Flushing Meadows-Corona Park is the site of the previous World’s Fairs that took place in 1939 and then in 1964. Its located in Queens, New York City. From the air, the geometric layout of the park interrupts a dense residential grid and is also a significant leyline avenue feeding the telluric currents descending out of Manhattan.
In 1968, the Flushing Meadows Zoo opened in Flushing Meadows Park on the grounds of the 1964-1965 World’s Fair. There were a range of animals and exhibits including sea lions, bears, sheep, bison, mountain lions, coyotes, eagles, birds and wolves.
However, reports of UFO related events occurred at the Zoo since its inception. In fact one event I’d never know about had it not been for a long time listener Brandon in Long Island who recently told me how every animal in the zoo was found dead one morning. More than 300 animals found dead in their cages after one night.
