We hear the second part of the interview about military abductions or MILABS with James Bartley. The term refers to a person who has experienced alien abductions and is later covertly interrogated, followed, stalked and harassed by government or military agents. Often there is a re-abduction process which may include being drugged, disoriented by EM fields and tagged with an implant behind the ear.
Carissa Conti who wrote about MILABS in her book Chasing Phantoms points out there are likely many more abduction cases, that are subtle not necessarily large scale missions. She points out there are military personnel and likely their family members directly being used for experimental mind control programs without their conscious awareness and without any connection with aliens.
